At Onstream Media, my task was to help clients upload video content to their websites. The goal was the same for each project - to digitize the client's video content; to segment the information into searchable clips using Virage VideoLogger; to write headlines, summaries, and keywords that would surface on pages of search results; to edit the work of my fellow writers; and to upload, deploy, and QA the information. In all cases, I had to juggle the concerns of the client, Development, Editorial, Encoding, IT, and Sales. Since Onstream is a small company, I also kept writing and editing as a team member for other projects.
Under each client heading, you will find a list of my specific responsibilities for the project, and then you will see images taken from their sites. I have divided clients into those for which I was project lead, and those for which I was a team member.
